In collaboration with BEHF corporate architects and Malek Herbst Architekten, around 500 dwellings were created across four different buildings with high-quality interior fittings and efficiently designed floor plans. Ready for immediate occupancy to own, to rent or as an investment. The reinterpretation of the traditional village square in the centre of the buildings provides a space for meeting and coming together – as a communal garden, a place for relaxation and a consumption-free public area.

Alongside the creation of an original visual brand image, the multimedia marketing strategy for the site also includes measures such as events for interacting with potential residents.
